Keokuk Street Apartments does not allow pets.
The South Side of Iowa City has everything you need! Convenient shopping, dining and night life and only minutes from the University of Iowa Campus, the University Hospital and Clinics, and downtown Iowa City.
Renovated units include stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl hardwood flooring, and upgraded lighting. Each unit has a private patio or deck, and convenient parking. Garages are available for rent on a monthly basis for $125/month.
Landlord provides free parking and trash pickup. Tenant is responsible for internet, water, gas, and electricity.
Tenants will receive a parking placard for free surface parking. Garages are available for rent for $125/month.
Internet is available, however community-wide wifi is not provided at this time.
We do accept Section 8 and Housing Vouchers.
Every occupant over the age of 18 must fill out an application, pay a $50 fee, and be approved. The application requires a soft credit check, income requirements and resident history.
